The Trustees meet quarterly and have established a Sub-Committee to deal with day to day grant applications. The Sub-Committee meets 8 times a year and has delegated power to make grants of up to £5,000 each. Most grants are made for a specific project identified by the Trustees and are thus restricted to use for that purpose. The Trustees also like to be kept informed of progress of the cause supported. The Charity has its own funds endowed by the Norman Family. It does not undertake any fundraising activities and does not have any volunteer workers.
