At the Sub Committee meeting on 13th July 2016, the Trustees awarded 32 grants totalling £20,000. These included:
- £500 to Shute Primary School towards a re-design of the school’s outdoor spaces
- £1,000 to Camphill Devon towards the construction of an accessible extension
- £500 to Coldharbour Mill Trust towards a new platform lift in the museum
- £250 to Dystonia Society towards the charity’s work in Cornwall
- £250 to Wheal Martyn Trust towards projects for disabled people and those from deprived backgrounds
- £500 to Young At Heart Club towards the costs of a new day service in Mid Devon
- £1,000 to Cullompton Family Centre towards the general costs of running the service
- £500 to Barn Owl Trust towards the purchase of replacement tools
- £500 to Tanya’s Courage Trust towards the purchase of new computers and software
- £500 to Sirona Therapeutic Horsemanship CIC towards the bursary fund
- £500 to Go North Devon towards the Shopmobility service
- £500 to All Saints Church Tuckingmill towards new lighting for the community centre pathway
